"I contacted Alvarez roofing to repair a leak coming from a ventilation pipe on my roof. They responded immediately to my request to evaluate the roof and repair the leak. I informed Francisco that it was urgent because my home was in escrow and I did not want to delay the sale and needed to insure the buyer that the roof was in excellent condition. Francisco came two days later, on a Sunday, and evaluated and repaired the roof within 3 hours. He supplied me with a complete roof evaluation with photos and a detailed report on all the work done.
