He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. "I do not know if this is the correct category. We had a pipe Burt and had the mold/water mediation. We needed the wall, crown, baseboard, tile put down after carpet was ripped out to get the master bedroom livable again. He was very professional, timely and I am very satisfied with his service and results. He said he liked to start at 8:00 am, ding dong right at 8:00. He repaired cracked tiles in the living room as well. I have zero issues NOT recommending David for any projects. Feel free o call with any questions."
