"This job was a total replacement of the front of my home due to hurricane/water damage. Jay was very responsive and helpful as I was dealing with my insurance company. He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. "We hired David to sort through the multiple choices of carpet, tile, wall coverings and cabinetry selections. He ran down tangents of different options of the electrical, layouts, cabinet design and different configurations of the floor plan. his favorite comment was let the budget decide. his question always shouldâ ve been what we would gain from deviating from building standard. This led to him missing critical deadlines and preposterous cost over runs which we primarily declined. in the end what we hired him to do, which was choices and cabinetry style color floor tile. He never did. We ended up, moving forward with making choices on our own."
