"It went smoothly except that the Salesperson led us to believe that our windows would be maintenance free. On the casement windows, the installers only offered two options: Leave exposed wood that would require painting, or bridge across it with 5" wide aluminum trim that is not textured and would show any dents or imperfections. Textured trim that conforms to the contours of the window framing is commonly available as we pointed out with our neighbor's replacement casement windows. Thankfully, the cost was low enough that we were able to have a third party provide the finishing how we wanted it and stay within budget. One of the screens was damaged during installation and was replaced on a followup visit. One of the windows had an imperfection between the panes and was replaced on a followup visit. Overall, we feel that Window World was the best choice for our replacement windows."

"After a very painful and 2 1/2 year long, and incomplete experience with another replacement window company, we needed to find a new company for our project. Thank goodness we paid that company nothing. BSSW met with my wife and I, and gave us a bid, which we agreed to. We were told it might be 8 to 12 weeks for fabrication and delivery. We were pleasantly surprised when they called after about 6 weeks and said the windows would be in the next day. We scheduled installation for the following Monday. They arrived when they said they would and did a quick walk through to make sure all the windows were the correct size, (unlike our previous contractor). Now, it was time to get to work. They were clean, polite, and precise during installation. So good to work with, again, (unlike our previous contractor). Jeff stopped by late morning to check on the progress, and I told him how I had such a good feeling as soon as the crew showed up, again, (unlike our previous contractor). What was originally going to be a two day installation, was completed in one long day. Nice work guys. These guys went the extra mile to make this a good experience. They even delivered the windows they removed back to, you guessed it, (our previous contractor). I would really like to mention their name but I'd get in trouble. All in all, it was a great day, and we will do business again with BSSW. Thanks again."

"The sales person was very informative. The guys that installed the windows & trim seemed very knowledgeable. I only had a couple complaints about their work. #1-The expandable foam installation was not filling in the spaces around my new windows, and I had to point this out. They went back and corrected this on the windows I saw. #2-My major complaint was the very poor clean-up after completion. The "foam" got on furniture, scraps in my air ducts, exterior caulk on my newly replaced roof. My dad always said to leave a project better than when you found it, including cleaning."
