"Jim immediately saw the problem (one I should have seen) and indicated that all I needed was a stop board to frame out the door opening. He showed up early the next morning installed the board. He wouldn't take any money for his time or the board and instead we agreed on my providing a favorable review on Angie's List since that's where I first discovered his business. This was service that far exceeded my expectations. So here's my favorable (hopefully adequately glowing) review. <br />"

"Went well, although every time I got a call, there was more bad news.  The wall had been leaking because a deck had not been installed properly.  There was no flashing, so all rain water was running inside the wall for years causing rotting and mold.  They took off upper deck boards and removed siding and framing to reveal the problem.  They built a temporary wall, as there was nothing holding the wall up, since the joists were rotted. The windows had to be removed, since everything was rotted.  All was replaced and the windows put back, as well as the siding and deck boards.  Wallboard was replaced inside the room and textured and painted and repairs made to the ceiling. <br /> This was all happening after I had just had the whole downstairs painted. =( <br /> Art Frewalt and his crew were very nice and worked to get the job done as quickly as possible. <br /> I will definitely call on them again."

"I purchased 2 hours as a gift for my wife on 02/22/2015 Order # 1793956.  My wife started calling for an appointment in mid March but could not get a return call. She was able to get them sometime in May and a appointment was made for June 24th at 10am (my wife noted that the person she talked to seemed extremely stressed out).  On 06/24/15 I took the morning off and I waited until 10:30am still no show, so I called. She stated that we did not have an appointment until 07/01/2015 at 9am.  My wife insisited she wrote the correct date down and knew nothing of a 7/04/15 appointment.  The person I talked to said she would come out and do the job herself that day 06/24/15 between 3 and 4 pm (the person I talked to seemed extremely stressed out).  I then took the rest of the day off, at 4:30 still a no show so I called.  She stated she was trying to get here as soon as she could but it might be as late a 6:30 pm (the person I talked to seemed extremely stressed out).  I had things to do so I asked if we could just keep the 07/01/15 9am appointment she had for us and she said yes.  On 07/01/15 at 9:20 am still a no show so I called.  She stated she was on her way, but was not sure what town I lived in.  I told her Rogers, Ar and she said she had it and would be there as soon as possible but was coming form Sonora, Ar (which is about 40 minutes away).  At 10: 30 still a no show I called, she stated they were 3 and 1/2 miles away.  They arrived at 10:36 and started at 10:39am.  We asked that they dust the blinds and wash the interior windows.  At 11:12am 33 minutes later as they were both heading for the front door, she stated we dusted the blinds and cleaned the interior windows bye. <br />"
