"We needed our furnace, water heater & ac unit replaced. Our furnace went out on a Thursday night, Friday morning we called Chief Bauer & Jeff came out a few hours later. (Which NEVER happens, we were expecting someone to come out the following week) Jeff was professional, friendly & very informative. Jeff listened to our concerns & after assessing the current status of our furnace, water heater, ac unit, he sat down with us to go over our options. Early the following Monday morning the Chief Bauer technicians, Cj, Seth, Jeremy & Doug arrived. They immediately started working on removing the ancient furnace, ac unit & water heater. It wasn’t long until the new ac unit & water heater was installed. The furnace, which my husband & I renamed The Dinosaur, needed a little more coaxing. Our home was originally built in 1870, my husband & I always joked that our furnace came shortly after the house was built. After almost 9 hours, our new furnace was up & running! The time to remove the Dinosaur, happened quicker than my husband & I could have ever hoped for. For as long as we’ve lived in this home, we’ve never had a technician stay the entire time to complete a job, if they ran into an issue past technicians would leave & say they had to order a new part, &/or leave & come back a day or two later with help. Long story short...we’re beyond thrilled with our experience with Chief Bauer, Jeff, Cj, Seth, Jeremy & Doug. We went with the Advantage Program, which covers all maintenance, replacement of filters, 24/7 emergency service, repairs, etc. for our Lennox furnace/ ac unit & water heater."

"Chambers Services is the company contracted to do warranty work by our local Lowe's. The ladies that did the scheduling in the office were very professional and gave us a date with am or pm service times available. Our tech, Scott, was personable and extremely conscious of keeping the work area tidy. He called about an hour prior to his arrival. He covered his shoes with disposable covers upon entering our home, and placed a mat in his work area to avoid scratching or marring the hardwood floors. Parts had to be ordered, and his return visits were handled in the same professional manner. He answered all my questions about the repair, and I would definitely recommend this company and this tech for future repair work. I've had other techs from other repair services stomp through the house with muddy shoes, scratch our floors, and leave the debris clean-up for me to do. Scott was so conscious of these issues and treated my home like it was his. Good job!"

"Came into install reverse osmosis water filter systems which included drilling on the quartz counter top. <br /> I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who came to do the installation but he took his time to do through installation.  Originally it was proposed as a half day of labor but ended up being two half days and it was still same price as initially quoted. <br /> I am pleased with the installation and enjoying the water now. <br />"

I have also needed to use there restoration services after a fire, and theyu get an A there, too. Comparatively speaking, they are priced slightly higher than competitors, but they are definately well worth it!!!!"

My only problem with the process was when he was cleaning out the supply trunk line near the end of his visit and he left the fan on which blew dust and dirt out of the vents like a geyser throughout the house. I had a heck of a mess to clean after he left. And I don't want to think about my new dry clean only curtains I had just hung up the previous week!"
