"Wonderful! John was so pleasant to work with. Big personality and ready to please! We only wanted to finish a bathroom and not the whole basement at the time and I couldn't find any contractors willing to just do the bathroom until I talked to Improvement Pros. I caught him just as he was completing another job so he was able to start right away which I needed because we were going to have company nearly the entire month of June and wanted that bathroom done for guests. The new bathroom turned out beautifully. Due to the placement of the previously placed rough-ins we had to spend a little more and go a little more custom than we originally planned but John worked with our budget and it turned out better than we expected and it is gorgeous. Prettiest bathroom in the house, which is sad because its our guest bath so I don't get to enjoy it as much. John was great to work with and any issues we had were with the tile and drywall sub contractors, but when we brought it to John's attention, he made it right immediately which included paying for a cleaning company to come in and clean up all the drywall and tile dust the sub contractors left behind and even most of the rest of my house so I didn't even have to stress about cleaning my house before my guests arrived! When we have the funds, we plan to use him again to finish the rest of the basement. I recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor or handyman service because he can make it happen. "Joe came out to do a bid on pressure washing, staining and painting our home outside of Woodland Park. He gave us an honest and fair bid using Messmer’s Exterior oil based stain. David and his crew came up 2 weeks later and did an amazing job of pressure washing the house and repairing holes/cracks on siding & trim boards. A few days later they were back masking the windows and started staining. Total of 3 days to do staining and painting trim and garage door. They cleaned up all masking materials and our home looks amazing!"

(Not so sure on the exact date)  Got an email from the company very quickly. Was able to make an appointment the next evening for a leak that I had discovered once we moved out my washer and dryer to my new home.  The deal was $200 worth of services for $99.  To replace this piece I was quoted $375.  That did NOT include drywall repair which was going to be another $175.  I am not an expert, but this seemed to be a tad bit high.  Not that I had much of a choice as I am in the process of selling the home and it needed to be fixed right away. And I was already $99 into it.  It took the nice man less than 45 minutes.  I was able to fix the drywall for less than $10.  Thank goodness!
