"Wayne did an excellent job, taking extra time to remove paint and caulk that the builder's cleaning crew didn't take care of. As we are in a new construction area, we have asked him to return quarterly to clean the windows and screens, which get quite dusty. In addition Wayne is a genuinely honest and pleasant person to deal with. I highly recommend his services.

"They did charge me for fixing the gutter because it was a minor thing. I was very pleased with their service. They did their work. I wasn't around them very much but whenever they're there, they just did their job. They were really attentive to their job. They didn't speak very much. They left the area clean."
