"From start to finish dealing with King Level Construction and Luis was a pleasure. The job was completed as planned and we are pleased. It was a smaller job on some very old concrete work. He worked with us in a pleasant and professional manner and his fees were within reason. He made some recommendations as to how to repair the wall and didn't push more than what we needed. He and his helper did the job, on a very hot day no less, cleaned up in entirety and left with no mess behind. He takes pride in the job at hand. "The service was great!  We used an Angie's List deal for the cleaning and received a $150 credit toward any work that may be done.  Cleaning was scheduled between 11am-1pm, but their office called around 10:15 saying they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could arrive early.  Cleaners arrived at 10:40 and were done by 11!  Obviously I can't see the inside of the chimney to verify how clean it is, but the two gentlemen that serviced our chimney were very professional and worked well as a team.  They provided an estimate for some bricks that were cracked on the exterior of the chimney that need to be replaced, and repointing the shoulder, as well as waterproofing the exterior of the chimney.  We're going to have another estimate provided just for cost comparison, but all of these items were things we were already aware needed attention, and I believe they are very honest in their work.  I'd be happy to use them again!

"In October 2014 Mr. Lazo came to look at the task at hand. I showed him what I wanted done and he pointed out a couple of wood rot problems that I had not noticed. Once we finished the walk around, he prepared a detailed proposal - before leaving.
I had also talked with another contractor about the same work. They took several days to prepare a proposal, and when I e-mailed with a specific question the reply I got (from the other company, not George's painting) was not satisfactory.
George mobilized his crew, and they were on the site at 7AM. Because there was rain in the forecast, he brought in a larger crew than original discussed, and was able to finish the job quicker than originally scheduled. The work was great, they carefully cleaned up and  left the house and yard in excellent shape.
I had specifically asked that they not touch one side of the garage because of some carpentry work that needed to be done - I was planning to do it. I was so pleased with the work that they did on the house and the rest of the garage that I asked George to give me a quote for doing the carpentry work on the garage. I liked the price and I decided to have him do it. The carpenter came out today Nov 12th - 7AM again, and took care of the carpentry work and painted it.
I am pleased with the work that George's Painting has done, and would expect to contact Mr. Lazo again in the future if I need interior painting or other painting or carpentry work. I don't expect to be needing any exterior painting.

"I have to say the Williams' seem like such nice people but I found I had to be careful to watch what was being done and ask for corrections. They speak Spanish and Mrs. Williams does the interpreting. I think language did cause some difficulty but quality of work is not based on language spoken. First day was done well then quality of work went downhill from there. They never taped off trim or removed door hinges or knobs. Paint is were it should not be. I'm still finding places that have to have paint removed. I pointed out several places where they goofed and they did make an effort to correct them. But many goofs are still present. I had to repaint several places myself and I keep finding more places that were poorly done. They did some caulking too and it had to be redone a week later. The cost kept increasing as well."
