He worked with us in a pleasant and professional manner and his fees were within reason. He made some recommendations as to how to repair the wall and didn't push more than what we needed. He and his helper did the job, on a very hot day no less, cleaned up in entirety and left with no mess behind. He takes pride in the job at hand. "The technicians redid the bricks so that you couldn't even tell they were repaired. It looked beautiful. They put in a new liner in the chimney and waterproofed it. They redid the inside of the fireplace to bring it up to code and put in a chain that easily opens and closes the flue. It looks so good and easy that I may decide to use the fireplace again. They redid the pipes in the basement so the fumes from the boiler and hot water heater went up the chimney in the correct way. There had been water damage and they corrected the damage and closed off the hole in the wall (foundation) and made a bigger hole in the correct place so that everything was up to code. They were polite, efficient and worked very hard to get the work done in the promised two days. I have interviewed many companies and found this company to be straight-forward in telling me what they would do and didn't try to tell me they were giving me a "good deal." Rather I feel they gave me an honest estimate on what needed to be done and didn't try to pressure me into using their company. They did give me 10% off because I was an Angie's List customer. What company to use was a hard decision for me because I knew nothing about chimney repair. Because so much of the repair was inside the chimney I couldn't tell what they had done. Based on my experience I feel they did a good job. I don't have a picture of the repaired chimney but it looks great--better than it did before the bricks fell. If someone wants more detail I can copy exactly what they did from the invoice. Also, maybe the company can show a picture of the finished product. Since it is summer time I haven't had any experience using the chimney but will let you know how things work out during the winter."

"Painters arrived exactly on time and accomplished all tasks the same day. The manually stripped the deck and applied two coats of stain. They carefully cleaned and then painted the foundation concrete as it had got dirty over the years. They also scraped, caulked and painted a large bump-out window off our living room.

"I have to say the Williams' seem like such nice people but I found I had to be careful to watch what was being done and ask for corrections. They speak Spanish and Mrs. Williams does the interpreting. I think language did cause some difficulty but quality of work is not based on language spoken. First day was done well then quality of work went downhill from there. They never taped off trim or removed door hinges or knobs. Paint is were it should not be. I'm still finding places that have to have paint removed. I pointed out several places where they goofed and they did make an effort to correct them. But many goofs are still present. I had to repaint several places myself and I keep finding more places that were poorly done. They did some caulking too and it had to be redone a week later. The cost kept increasing as well."
