"Joe is hard working, diligent, and honest. I hired him 1) to put up an antenna for local tv service and 2) to fix poor wifi signals. TV was converted from cable rapidly using leftover wires. Saving $ not paying for cable and streaming off wifi. Great signal strength! WiFi was harder. He worked with ATT to determine my new iMac was sucking signals. He installed a more powerful router that solved wifi issues when iMac is off. Now I have to work with Apple to figure out how to manage the computer searching. I would not hesitate to call Joe back again. He is an excellent technician and a fine person. He is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a few days before he can come out, but he is worth the wait."

"This is a 20 year lease to own system. Verengo provided the information for the contract, contacted and coordinated work permits with city and our HOA, installed on time and no hidden costs. Our cost is an annual amount, divided monthly and adjusted to the actual amount of generated power we use. The formula is complicated and bothe Verengo and Sunrun need to work on their presentation information. It is was not completely clear to us that we would have two bills; one from California Edison and as well as Sunrun. Our total bill when averaged over the first couple of years has gone down, but we will not see a true reduction until the lease is off. So essentially should we sell the property, the new owners will save. We are making an investment in the property, as well as using solar to the extent we do. 
We would have rather had a complete system that eliminated the second bill from Edison, this would make it simpler. Of course, Sunrun will say that they will lock in your rate the recharge you for the power generated at a much lower rate than Edison, but they cannot do so for the first two tiers of the bill. Seems like they should wrap their heads around finding away. It is too complicated the way they currently run it.
We are happy with solar and hope doing our part to save the planet in a small way. That said, it could be a much easier process.

"It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. "Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. "The provided installed two skylights, scraped and retextured the ceilings, made the attic easily accessible with a pull drop-down ladder, installed a fan in the roof of the attic to keep the attic cool (the fan kicks on at 80 degrees), repainted the interior, made wall repairs, and installed new bathroom fixtures. The workers were professional, friendly and usually prompt. Called when they were running late or needed to reschedule."
