"Work was fantastic. Response time was immediate. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting. Could not be happier with the entire experience."

"The whole experience was great and went very smoothly. Very timely response and quote with the work scheduled within week or so of initial contact. The crew was professional and diligent working to ensure we were happy with the job. We would absolutely use their services again and highly recommend them."

"The lady who owns company couldnt have been more helpful or friendly. The guy who did the installation was super cool, quick and did a solid job."

"Melvin and his staff were great. Melvin responded quickly, showed up on time and offered good advice. Melvin put in a new backsplash in my kitchen and repaired existing damaged tiles on my floors. Marco installed new laminate flooring and did a great job. They were great, cleaned up, and hauled away the debris. I have already recommended them to others. They got rid of my previous vendors horrible work and installed new laminate flooring and replaced damaged tiles. Now my flooring no longer squeaks, tiles aren't cracking anymore and grout is not coming out! Wish I would have hired them when I first did this Reno 2 years ago!! Thanks!!"

"Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."

"He did perform exterior trim painting last year. It went very well."

"It took them 3 days to finish the job, but they told me that at the beginning.  I paid them 3 payments of $2800.00.  I had someone else do the tile floor.  I was going to have the whole bathroom redone by a regular contractor but then when I added up the cost, it was $30000.00 just to tear down the bathroom.  My first house cost that much.  Granite Transformations are bathroom fitters and they do it with granite.  Still, it was kind of expensive.  They were upfront and honest about their prices.  They did a good job.  They did exactly what they said they were going to do.  They planned it out and they measured everything.  They did exactly what they said.  I wanted more than I could afford.  I wanted open granite on the tub too but I just couldn't afford it.  I just didn't want to spend $10000.00 on the little bathroom.  They individually priced everything and it just added up and up.  My only reservation is that I couldn't afford all that I wanted.  They did what they promised to do very well.  They were expensive for what it is.  I felt that it was expensive but I wanted it so I paid for it.  They kept nickel and dimming.  They covered my walls.  It's not like they tore everything down and gave me a new bathroom.  They measured my tub and put acrylic over it.  They gave me new fixtures for the bottom but not for the top.  They installed my double shower head.  They took down pictures and racks and they installed them all back, but they didn't charge me for that.  I thought the price should have been more like $6000.00 for what they did.  I liked them.  They had their own plumber and their own carpenter and their own other people to help.  I guess they had to pay all those people.  They advertise that they can redo your kitchen and bathroom in a day but in my case it took 3 days."

"I thought that I needed a simple floor replacement in my kitchen...It turned out that my uneven floors were due to the flooring supports and wall structure needed to be repaired. 3 Day project turned into a 2 week project. I thought the cost of the project was fair and reasonable. The crew cleaned up daily. The crew was trust-worthy and could be left alone in the house. Overall very satified with my new kitchen floors and painted walls."

"Joe Yost delivers once again.  I called Joe Monday night explaining my issue (new car I want to purchase won't fit in garage due to loft stairs being too big).  Joe was able to schedule the appointment for next day, come do the job, and what a success.  Most importantly he he CLEANED UP ALL THE DEBRIS.  The garage looked cleaner after Joe was done than before he came.

This might be the biggest testimony thought to my ongoing experience with Joe.  This is the first time I've had Joe come where neither me nor my wife could be home.  I felt completely confident giving Joe access to our garage (remote keypad entry) without us being home.  It's so good to have a contractor I trust enough to handle things without us being there.  Joe not only does good work, but he's as honest as they come.  He'll continue to get business from us as we need it."
