In addition, glass shards were left on the bathroom floor because the installer broke one of the old windows and did a cursory job of cleaning up after. It is frustrating to wait 3 months and then be left with more inconvenience of having workers use our time for a job that could have easily been done right the first time. Wouldn’t it be nice if companies gave partial refunds for such inconveniences in addition to saying “ we will make it right for you!”"
