"I called them and the came out the very next day and repaired my tile roof leak.  They where very prompt and professional.  Very impressed by the customer service on the phone and the gentelmen that came out to do the repair"

"We had a leak on a Sunday morning. Within a few hours there was a team here tarting the roof. After consulting with us (roof had tiles, had leaked before, and the age of the roof) we decided to replace the roof. The team had to replace facia boards and gutters, so it was a longer process than most. The team was cheesy with communication and our roof looks great!!"

"Redbird roofing was the only company that actually sent a roofer to figure out my leak problem. Taylor listened, wasn’t pushy, got up on the roof and took his time trying to see where the leak was coming from, he was kind and considerate, and didn’t push me to replace my entire roof. Amber who runs their office was just as considerate. I will definitely get an estimate from them first when I replace my whole roof. Too bad other companies don’t combine kindness with integrity."

"My experience with Aylwin Construction was 5 stars. They did the job in just three days and added copper-beaded shingles for moss control for only $100 more. Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished. My family is looking forward to having Aylwin do a full replacement this year or next with a full Tesla Roof. I was completely surprised to read the recent review regarding the quality of work done by Aylwin Construction at a local condominium. Over the past 20 years, as an owner of one of Portland’s larger boutique industrial real estate firms, I have recommended Aylwin Construction to my biggest and best real estate investors. Making a poor recommendation would reflect poorly on me and my company. I have recommended Aylwin Construction to friends with structurally difficult Mid-Century solid deck roofs, large REIT buildings throughout Oregon and Washington, medium Family-owned apartments, and my own family members for roof cleaning, on Mt. Hood, new gutter systems, and full roof replacements and repairs. Multi-million-dollar Multi-Family jobs have been completed Professionally and on time without fail. Aylwin their own fleet of dumpsters and roof cranes that protect the property, speed up projects, and reduce on-the-job injuries. "The crew installing the roofing worked very good together. They did a good job of cleaning up. The job was finished in 2.5 days. If I had any questions about the product or installation they gave me good answers."

"Gibson roofing was fantastic! They did a great job, in a timely manner and the estimates were right on target. Not only did they replace our 30+ year-old roof, but they also rebuilt our sun room and installed a cat run on the outside. The team was easy to work with, polite and they did a great job of cleaning up the job site afterward. I highly recommend Gibson Roofing"

"We hired PDX Roof Care for moss removal, gutter cleaning, application of moss inhibitor and some minor roof maintenance. Dimitri was extremely thorough on both the roof work and post-work clean up. He was prompt, professional and polite. Plus, the price was better than two competitors that provided estimates for the same work. We highly recommend PDX Roof Care."

"Giron Roofing: We just had a new roof put on (1/7/2021) by Giron Roofing and they did an excellent job! They sent a whole team of roofers out and stripped off two layers of old roof, inspected and replaced plywood as needed, covered it with waterproof membrane, and installed 40 year Malarkey Roofing products that are designed to withstand the wind. We opted for extra nailing and the 130 mph wind warranty. They did this all in one day and did finishing touches and final inspection (extra sealing around all new vents) in a couple hours on the second day!! All this and they had the best price of the 3 companies we got estimates from! We were nervous going into getting this done but I have to say we are so relieved that we went with Giron Roofing!!! Thanks to the Angies List recommendation. Steve Buckmaster, Troutdale"
