"Initially shocked at the cost of a synthetic stucco application ($15,605). However, Earp's price was in line with other bids I received. I first thought this was too much money to spend relative to the neighborhood I live in This is true, because my new stucco job makes the other neighborhood stucco jobs look like crap. Earp scored the old stucco layers, with a circular saw, a foot above ground level, before applying the new stucco system. This was to help prevent ground moisture wicking. I thought this was pretty creative. The work crew was very good with masking off windows and doors. They worked very efficiently, without a lot of chatter. They seemed very focused on the job. The finish around my replacement windows is fantastic. They did an excellent job feathering the stucco from the wall to the front of the windows. My neighbor up the street, had Tesuque re-stucco their home. They used the same stucco brand (Dryvit) and color as my home. Upon close inspection, there is no doubt in my mind, that Earp did a better job of stucco finish than Tesuque."

"I had a lot of work done with this company and everything was not only done properly done and beautifully, but it was done with an artistic flair. The bathroom was small enough to barely turn around. So George suggested to use the walk in closet to convert the bathroom to a suite. Build in bath/shower combo was replaced with a bigger shower with class doors and a rain shower. He installed a device that makes the water hot at a time I choose. Also, told him that this was the coldest room in the house, so he insulated the walls. The wall texture is called Variance, which is beautiful. The toilet was moved from where the sink is now, to around the corner, where the closet was, and is out of view, now. To replace a closet he built another closet in the bedroom, which looks like it was always there. Another favorite of mine is the barn door, which in my opinion a real room saver, besides being beautiful. I highly recommend Advanced American Construction and George Chrzanowski."
