"We had a bad leak. Green Mountain Contractors (Zach and Joleen) inspected our roof and found extensive hail damage and several other problems. We had our insurance provider send out an inspector prior to Green Mountains assessment, so we had an accurate confirmation of the damage. All of the problems were addressed in a professional manner. Their team removed three layers of old asphalt and one wood shingle layer. After this Herculean effort they replaced the decking (wood planks) with pressure treated wood and Owens Corning TruDefinitionDuration shingles with a life time warranty. We also had new fascia board and an attic vent installed. Green Mountain took care of all the insurance paperwork and phoncalls and regularly kept us informed. They removed all debris and protected the landscaping . The crew was polite and informed us of any delays(rain and wind). "I set up an appointment to get my roof looked at and get an estimate. Jordan stopped by and did an inspection, showed me my options, and provided me with information on roofing. I decided to go with DaBella as they also give ou an option for financing. Highly satisfied with the way the roof looked. After the work was completed, Jordan contacted me to ask how everything went and also did an inspection. He noticed some discrepancies that I missed and contacted the company to have it corrected. "It was excellent--from the first meeting with David, the estimator, through to the end of the project ( today 4/28/20) when about six guys walked around the property to make sure that not a piece of trash or tar was left around. David successfully negotiated with my insurance company to increase their payment amount and was remarkably responsive throughout--returning calls and letting me know anything I needed to know. The guys ( up to 15 at a time) were unfailingly polite, came and left exactly as I had asked and finished the job on time with no damage to my extensive landscape nor any mess. Also no radios which I appreciated .The only thing was the fumes--but nothing to be done about that."

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

The job entailed removing partial decking revealing some damage which Noemi explained, it was addressed and care was also taken replacing the decking. She was informative throughout. We are confident of a quality siding installation more secure than the original. Clean up care was also taken. We are hiring again for roofing!"
