"From the initial phone call with Ashley's, to the completion of the project, everything was done in a very professional manner. The owners, Lisa and Adam Willard, were an absolute joy to work with. Lisa brought my ideas for my kitchen to life with her design. Adam was a "right the first time" contractor. Project manager, Aaron Willard, was amazing during demo week. That first week of demo can be stressful, but the whole crew kept the mood light and made sure the rest of my house was not impacted by the kitchen demo. The Willard's went out of their way to involve our six-year-old son in the process. He loved each of them by the time the project was over. All subcontractors used on the renovation were professional and punctual. We were always kept abreast of what the next step would be and when it would be completed. The very few issues that came up, which is to be expected in older homes, were quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction. If a change needed to be made, we were always presented with more than one option. In the end, we were blown away by our new kitchen and feel has though we made some friends in the process."

"The quality of the work was very good.  I was very impressed with the drywall repair, as I was concerned it could not be repaired without being noticeable.  The painting was done well and quickly, and the installation of the molding looks good.  The contractor also advised ways to save money on the repair portion. <br />"

Work was done as requested. Things did not always go smoothly, but all my concerns were addressed and corrected without hesitation. Absolutely love our new bathroom. <br />"

"Called around a little for someone to come in and do some updates and a few odds and ends that I needed to get done for some time. We called and found out that this very nice gentleman lived nearby and he was very pleasant to speak with on the phone. He came out the next day and gave me a very fair price for a good load of work. The owner did all the work himself. He brought in his cleaning crew to clean up and they did the whole house. It was amazing. Well worth every penny. They will be doing my full kitchen and bathroom remodel in the near future. <br />"

"Wow!!! That's all I can say about these guys. We are in the process of doing this project and I can only say it has been wonderful. I have looked for someone to pour a simple patio in my backyard, and needless to say, it had been a nightmare. Upon meeting Mr. Beverage and Mr. Burnside, I had basically been stolen from by another contractor. (took 1/2 payment and never provided services and now can not be found and has not return the money.) I began by explaining my situation to Mr. Beverage. Before I could finish explaining what my wife and I want, he offered to complete the job for only the remaining 1/2 of what the first contractor had quoted me. The "WOW' factor had just began. I told Mr. Beverage I had no intention of allowing the previous contractor's dishonesty to effect my expectation of what it would cost to have the project done correctly. I asked him to price the job fairly and I would pay him that to do the job. I also inquired about the length of time it would be before they could start the job. Mr. Beverage contacted his brother, Mr. Burnside, and determined they could start within 4 days. The following morning, I received a call from Mr. Burnside requesting to start immediately. They had the crew out to the house within an hour and were started. The first day was spent correcting the mess the first contractor had made in his 2 hours of work he did. The night after the first day, we got an unexpected thunderstorm. Instead of an patio, we looked to be getting a 'swimming pool'. I fully expected them to wait until the ground had dried. Not these guys, they had there crew out first thing in the morning, removing the water by hand. They had to remove a sprinkler head and cap the flow of water in the middle of the mud 'slop'. It was a mess to say the least, but they were determined to provide a TOP NOTCH job. They worked all day to get the job finished as promised. It turned out WONDERFUL!!! I want to clear up the facts: 1. I am of no relation to either brother. 2. I have never meet either brother prior to doing this project. 3. I am not being paid anything to write this review!!!!. I am being provided this type of service, because I happen to meet 2 extraordinary individuals who know how to treat people and believe that the service provided is more important than the profit made. I have worked in sales for the past 15 years and I know profit is important to all business owners. The problem is most business owners put profit before customer satisfaction. These two guys have the formula figured out correctly. I know my first and only call will be to Chuck and Brandon for any other home construction or home fixes I need going forward. Congratulation on a job well done!!! Thanks for your help in fixing a really tough situation."

"I called about 4 different people and they weren't showing up, did not show up or one thing or the other, but he came the same day I called him. He told me on Friday that he would have a bid for me by Tuesday and Tuesday night he called me and had the bid ready and I looked it over and told him to start. He started the next day and it took about 2 months to be finished. He did what he said he was going to do and stayed pretty much in cost of the contract and told me if it coming out. I had a couple of snappers, he brought the pan out for the shower, and I wasn't home, so they left it at our front door. It was too heavy for me to pick up and I kept waiting for somebody to come back and do it and no one did, so I called him. He came back within an hour, picked it up and screwed it into the showed area, stood it up and said now it's a plumbers deal, so it was just a little coordination problem. I purchased all my plumbing supplies, so the total that I spent on the project was about $15000. I have a shower that is big enough for 4 people. The price was too high, but the bid I got from another place was the same, so they are probably the same pricing. I would use him again if needed."

They are great to work with as advertised. They finish on time and they are thorough. I would definitely use their services in the future too."
