"I am writing to give Premier garage doors the highest possible rating. In late April I hired another contractor to repair my garage door that was making a loud noise and would no longer go down smoothly. The contract immediately told me that I needed springs, rollers, and wiring. Which cost me over $800. After completing the work, I was left with the same problem. The technician then looked at the motor and told me that he didn’t know how long it would last because it was defective. To save money, he suggested I purchase new one at a local retailer for $300-$400. Next, he said that I should contact him to personally install for it for an additional $200. Two weeks later the garage door opener was completely inoperable. This is when Premier garage doors tech Dustin came to my rescue. "Brett came out and we walked over the lot, he took photos and we discussed what we could do. Over several emails (he was very patient with me!) I changed my mind numerous times and he always had a suggestion that I might like instead. Finally we agreed on a design and he sent us a quote. We accepted and a tentative date was set (depending on weather and the completion of other jobs). We decided to include even more landscaping than we had originally planned and Brett again worked with us in figuring out what plants and design and sent another quote. The crew showed up a bit earlier than the date set and started work. Terry has a wonderful crew and they worked hard - our yard is a very hard soil. They were polite, unobtrusive, did excellent work, and cleaned up each day. Terry answered all of our questions about the plants, the soil, etc... We made arrangements for them to build a small natural stone retaining wall in the front and they did a great job on that also. We are very pleased with our yard and would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects or to recommend them."
