"Roberto and his crew did an outstanding job! We usually do all of our hedge abs shrub trimming ourselves, but with a few other projects going on we hadn’t gotten them all season long and they were seriously overgrown. Since we COULD do it ourselves, we had a limit on what we were willing to pay, so we were getting several quotes … most of which were higher than we had hoped. Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! We are now looking to have Roberto and his crew back to take a few more projects off of our plate too! Headquartered in North Billerica MA, we have been setting the standard for gunite construction and quality swimming pools since 1975. We are shockingly unique in the way that we build, eliminating the uncertainty of relying upon subcontractors and operating with fully in-house employees. This strategy allows us to take full responsibility for our client's projects.

"Hired this company for summer 2019 to open/close and clean weekly. In the month we used SSG, the pool was not cleaned properly once. 25 tiles were damaged mysteriously upon open, there were leaves and dirt left in the pool the entire time and we have not been able to use the pool yet. We expressed our disappointment and gave them more than enough chances to rectify things. They didn't. Pictures attached are from our pool and spa today - after the tech "cleaned" and left a bill for over $200. Absolutely horrible. Terminated contract."

"I got quotes from three companies. Derek's was the middle quote but he was the only one that actually took the time to explain everything to me and he figured out how we could get an even larger insert in the fireplace where one other company told me they couldn't make it any larger and the third company said he could only replace it with what was already there. Derek showed up on time and the fireplace works great. He also added the brick backer kit and a blower with a remote. I did have an issue with the fireplace after installation where it kept making a loud pinging noise. Derek came back and swapped the entire unit out and re-did the tile surround with any complaints. His team also made sure to clean up after each day. Overall it looks great and I'm going to have Derek add another fireplace shortly."

"Wes and his team saved us from a terrible situation! We recently had our bathroom completely redone by a contractor who we didn't really know, and the work wasn't done well. We called in Wes, having worked with him several years ago to tile our kitchen, and he came by to take a look. Thank goodness he did! After his initial assessment, he knew right away that our "new" shower was likely leaking, and that there were multiple issues with both the tile and the structure of the shower itself. Wes coached us through buying the materials that we would need, and drew up a contract to get going on the project as soon as possible. After demolition, the problems really became apparent! All kinds of leaks, CUT FLOOR JOISTS, and other incredibly sketchy shortcuts from the original contractor. Wes walked us through the best strategy to fix everything and his team worked diligently to correct all of the issues and tile the shower beautifully. We will be working with Wes again for many more projects, particularly fixing the floor in this bathroom, which was also a hack job. He has been professional and courteous in all of our dealings with him, he shows up on time when he says he will, answers all of our questions truthfully and in depth, and he cleaned up after himself at the end of every day and at the end of the job, which is always a huge bonus! "I had tried to bleed the air out of my hot water baseboard system, and apparently have no idea what I'm doing and overpressurize my system to the point it popped the gauge off and stopped working. Called John, and he was there in short time, fixed all the damage I cause, actually taught me how to do things right, and was very fair about price. It's not often you find a plumber that responds, arrives quickly, does a great job, and is honest about price and helps you understand your system, even if it means that's less calls for his service. I would recommend him to anyone, and is the only plumber I'll call."
