"After submitting my information of what I needed, I was immediately contacted by Michael of MJ Masonry &Chimney. While speaking with Michael, I was extremely pleased with his knowledge and his professionalism in regards to our problem. He was able to come to my home the following morning at exactly the time he told us and evaluate the problem . We were very please with his estimate and secured him to repair our fireplace. Looking forward to business with him."

"Pacific Stone and Tiles came to measure and showed about 6 choices for granite selection for the offer price. We were working with our own interior designer and we were on FaceTime with her. She nixed the 6 choices so Pacific Stone showed us another granite which was from India and was mostly white with few markings and some reddish-brownish highlights. The effect of this Indian granite was white and it coordinated nicely with our maple cabinets. Our interior designer told us to choose that and we agreed to pay Pacific Stone $1000. more for this granite from India. No name was given for this new granite in writing. When the day of installation came, the old countertop was removed. I did not think to go out and look at the granite in the truck before installation. The installation was done very efficiently and very nicely. However, the countertop did not look like what we were expecting. The color effect was gray with many markings. We were expecting a whitish granite and got gray. I asked to see the original sample that we had been shown when we selected the white granite but they did not have it on the truck. I contacted Pacific Stone and they emailed me a photo of what they said was the granite sample they showed me, but it did not look what they showed me. The granite we got was called moon white on the final bill but it had no name on the original invoice we signed. I made a number of inquiries about the discrepancy between the granite color we expected and what we received. Pacific Stone said there are natural variations in the appearance of each granite variety. However, we paid $1000 more because we thought we were getting the granite color we and our interior designer viewed and chose. I don't think I got the granite we selected and feel I paid $1000 too much. I now have to figure out how to get the granite to coordinate with the maple cabinets as well as regretting that I paid $1000 more than I should have."

"They first came out to do a routine check and informed us of what we should / needed to do to have our fire place perform better. The quote they provided was very reasonable. We decided to install a rain cap after the sweep and getting an appointment was very easy. The technician arrived early and completed the work quickly."

"Ted responded promptly when I purchased the deal. He came exactly when he said he would. He gave me his opinion and showed me various options but I decided I was going to have to wait. His strength is brick work, although I did not want brick stairs. If anyone would want brick stairs, I believe he would be a strong candidate."

"Our initial contact with Mike went very well. He came to the house and gave us a prompt estimate. We asked him to come back and meet with us in person before we signed the estimate to be completed. He did this promptly as well. He had a back-up of 6 weeks before he could begin our work. We were anxious to get started, but felt like he was the best so we waited. We got this estimate in August. We got a call from his office that he could come tomorrow to begin the work, this was the last week in September. We asked if we could wait as we were getting some money in a couple weeks and then we did not have to take money from some place else. Because we were not ready the next day, we did not hear from them again for over 2 months! When I called to ask when they could fit us in the schedule, I did not get any response. Just when we were giving up, they called and said they could begin right after Thanksgiving. They came and did a marvelous job! The steps look so professional and clean cut. Because we had new railings installed, the price was less than the original quote. The work was completed professionally and quickly, once they started, Communicating with Mike was wonderful, but his office was not nearly as professional. Mike's work is beyond compare and was definitely worth the hassle of communicating and getting him to the house.

"Carlos was friendly, very professional and punctual. When he came to give us an estimate for the job, he came on time and had some very good suggestions. We had Carlos resurface 2 fireplaces using ledge stone. They came out beautifull. We couldn't be happier; he's an artist! xoxo"

"Audio-Video Alternatives did a fantastic job installing and setting up my home theater system and stereo equipment in my newly finished basement. Carlos was amazing and went above and beyond to get the system set up and ensured I understood how it all worked. Carlos knows his stuff, has deep knowledge of all the various types of equipment available and has very competitive pricing. I never felt he was trying to over sell me. Instead, he took the time to understand what my needs and wants were and shared with me all my available options. He was very thorough providing pricing and gave me a very detailed quote (there were no surprise fees or hidden charges). Once I made my decision to move forward, their installation process went so smoothly and was right on schedule. I should note that I had turned to Audio -Video Alternative after having a bad experience at a big box store. My only regret was not going to Audio-Video first. If you’re considering installing a stereo & home theater system, call Audio-Video Alternatives and don’t do what I did waste your time talking to someone else. Every time I want to kick back and listen to some music or watch a movie, I have Carlos to thank for making it all look and sound great, and for making all so easy."
Carlos has the speaker installed along with the TV mount well underway. Xfinity cable box, Sonos amplifier etc all concealed down within the homes basement! Out of sight, out of mind!

TV's don't have to always look like a TV. Why not match your TV and audio system to match the aesthetics in your room?
Here we installed a Samsung Frame TV and Sonos Beam soundbar (both in white).
