"The company rapidly responded to the service request and booked an appointment with me in a timely fashion. Technician, John, arrived on time and did call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). I am very pleased with this company's professionalism from start to finish. I will be keeping them on file should another issue arise. Thank you Chimney Experts for your assistance!!"

"I called the company based on other reviews. They were courteous, pleasant and helpful on the telephone and I got an appointment within a couple of days. The technician, Nicholas, arrived promptly and covered his work area with a drop cloth. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part on hand for the repair. He said he could reposition the logs correctly with no problem. He also cleaned and reconditioned the entire log set, both sets of glass and the entire back of the unit. He vacuumed the entire area before leaving. The fireplace looks FANTASTIC and operates perfectly. The attention to detail and pride in his workmanship that Nicholas brought to his job is extraordinary.
