"The company rapidly responded to the service request and booked an appointment with me in a timely fashion. Technician, John, arrived on time and did call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). I am very pleased with this company's professionalism from start to finish. I will be keeping them on file should another issue arise. Thank you Chimney Experts for your assistance!!"

"Derek was on time, took off his boots and placed drop-cloths by fireplace. He meticulously took off the glass, dismantled the whole system and made the 20 year plus gas fireplace look new! He replaced the pilot light which was no surprise to us. He also recommended a remote controlled thermostat which we needed. This is our primary heat source in the winter and the room would become too hot so it was a constant battle of opening a door and the room got too cold or having to add and then remove layers of clothes multiple times. I cannot rave enough about this company."

"I couldn't have asked for better service. They were highly professional. When they were done, everything was left as neat as a pin. Their investigation found that the 1932 chimney had only partial lining and that the interior of the chimney was deteriorating. We now have full linings for both the furnace and fireplace. A large glob of old cement blocking a portion of the chimney was discovered and expertly drilled out with only two exterior bricks being removed. These were neatly replaced. They were responsive and came exactly when they said they would, both for the initial evaluation and for the work itself. I would not hesitate to recommend their services."

"Paul was great, he was on time to the appointment. He checked all three chimneys, he said 2 of them were not used much so he didn't charge me the full price, for the third one he explained me how that fireplace works, and how it would be dangerous to use it with TV mounted over it. Since we have a TV, I decided not to invest cleaning that chimney. Paul could have easily charged me the full price and don't even mention the third one. He is a very honest person, gives a very fair price and is absolutely nice to talk to. I would highly recommend him."
