They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. They did an awesome job pressure washing, caulking, and painting the exterior of my 32 year old house and detached garage. I had a total of 5 colors (main body, trim, porch ceiling's, shutters and doors) I had some of the brick painted and they used a superior prep product especially made for brick to ensure that the paint takes to it and won't peel. It looks so good. I was 100% happy with their work. This crew has many years of experience and take pride in their work, and the finished product reflects it. "They did a good job.  The quality of work was good.  They showed up on time.  They did a pretty quick easy job.  They replaced a board and needed the deck stained.  The guys were really honest and they said they focus more on the construction and they would have been happy to do it and gave me a quote and told me it would probably be cheaper to go with someone else.  I have one board is splitting a bit not sure if I will have to have it replaced or what but other than that it is fine."

"Rick replied & showed up w/in a couple hours of contacting HomeAdvisor! He s a really nice guy & eager to work! Unfortunately, it was a project Home Depot required before they d allow their installation crew to complete. It didn t make sense to me & seemed like an unnecessary expense. After several weeks, finally resolved issue w/Home Depot IF I was willing to sign a waiver. However, project STILL isn t complete! Continue having to deal w/Home Depot to get er done! FYI issue was stair treads & risers to install laminate hardwood. Because house was built in 1996, settling & slight warping would incur laminate to show approx a 1/4 - 5/8 gap. I suppose if one stands on their head, they d notice the slight imperfection! Home Depot wanted me to have treads adjusted or replaced at a cost of $500-$1200 BEFORE allowing their install crew, USIG, to finish the project! USIG did a GREAT job on flooring - Home Depot - A Royal Pain in the you know what! Will contact Rick w/other home projects IF this doesn t kill me!!"
