"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

"I had called 2 roofing companies and could not get them to come look at the problem.  Handyman Matters sent someone out to look at the problem the week after I called and they gave me a ballpark estimate to make the repairs.  They did not charge for the estimate.  I scheduled the work to be completed within 2 weeks of receiving the estimate.  They worked with me to schedule the work at a time convenient for me and also for when the weather forecast was favorable.  The repairman (Scott) arrived on time and began working.  He removed the siding where needed and found the source of the leak to be incorrectly installed flashing.  He repaired the flashing and also removed and replaced the shingles and roofing that had rotted.  Scott advised me the flashing was incorrectly installed and was pushing the siding away from the house all along the top of the roof.  He told me he could fix it if I wanted him to, even though it wasn't absolutely necessary.  Since he was available and I figured it may cause a problem later on, I decided to let him go ahead and fix it.  Scott had to go get some materials, but quickly returned and worked hard to get the work done just before dark (4-1/2 hours).  I had to pay a service charge on the repair visit and also a charge for disposal of the old shingles and roofing.  But I did get a $25 Angies List discount!  I was very happy to get my roof repaired before winter as the leak would have only gotten worse.  I would not hesitate to call Handyman Matters again.

"Top notch crew who did excellent work and went out of their way to perform repairs, I had 3 bathroom exhaust fans replaced, exterior trim work on the front of the house repaired and painted, and a total overhaul of the powder room, and various drywall repairs."

"Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."

He had to come twice: once to take the measurements and discuss with me the details of the job and the second time of installation. He did it with great care of our house and what was needed. Tony and his crew were exceptional in the work they performed.  First day, a crew of 4 started cutting in around the ceilings and doors.  Two of the crew came behind and started putting the first coat on.  Tony's son, Colton, was an extremely hard worker.  He made sure that we were happy with the way things were going. 

At the end of the job, Tony gave us painters tape to indicate any problems or mistakes that needed to be fixed.  The last day, he did a walk-through correcting any and all problems.
