We had 3 exterior doors replaced, including a new front door unit with sidelights. He installed Provia doors and also installed 3 Anderson windows (large picture window with 2 side double-hung). "Tim is professional and prompt guy. I got free estimate from many roofing company. They said $10000~ $12000 for replacement of my old roof. My house is 1780 square feet. "Estimate/seeing space - late and rescheduled once. 
I run my own business so took off a day and scheduled a day for the painting a few weeks in advance.  The morning the work was to be done I called after they were late and was told they weren't coming.  He had been at the firehouse all night and was still there.  Not one of his other 3 employees or him tried to call the night before or early in the am to let me know.  I love those that volunteer but when people are counting on someone to show up, it is no way to run a business. 
He rescheduled with my husband to come 2 days later - I had to work so my husband had to work from home to accomodate the change.  We had company coming into to town so needed it done asap. 
Actual work was fine and completed in the time they said.
