"We needed a full renovation of our bathroom in order to accommodate my wife who is physically handicapped and is unable to navigate over ANY barrier in the bathroom. I needed a bathroom that met her needs AND was designed appropriately for use by non-handicapped visitors. Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to the house and truly listened to my somewhat complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional. The work was top quality. I enjoyed watching them work each day to accomplish the vision my wife and I had. With GREAT effort they completed the work ON TIME and ON BUDGET! A bathroom that is bright, modern, and completely ADA compliant .... and a bathroom that looks great! Charles Home Improvement is a wonderful company with great people. We worked on fine tuning things and waited until they had a break in their major projects. Terry returned for final measurements after we had granite tiles laid. The fireplace was built and delivered within three days. My husband stained it and installed it to save on the cost. Couldn't be happier with the final project. It does take some flexibility to work with Thomas Built when a project is this small, but it's well worth it."
