"Kirkland Roofing Company did an excellent job on my deck project. It was a pretty big job, and Joshua kept me informed throughout the process and explained the work clearly. The crew was professional, worked carefully, and paid attention to the details. The finished deck looks great, and I’m very happy with the quality of the work. I’d recommend Kirkland Roofing Company to anyone planning a deck repair or larger deck project."

"Stuart and his team were completely professional. We contracted with them at the end of last year's season. Due to our unpredictable PNW weather, we were unable to start the job before the heavy rain season set in. However, he placed us first on his priority list for the Spring. True to his word, he contacted us at the earliest date and arranged to begin prep work. His team showed up on schedule and knocked out all the exterior prep work in a single day. The crew covered all scrubs and moved patio furniture out of the way. No damage! After another week of rain, the weather cleared and they were able to start. The overall job took two days. We were thrilled with results. Our home looks brand new and we love our red door. You can't go wrong with Summit. The crews were professional and took great care to protect our lawn, shrubs and outdoor furniture. No overspray, no missed cracks, no paint on the window glass. Everything was taped and all the hand work was done with precision and care. The cost was reasonable and their responsiveness was top rate. Returned every call and kept every deadline. We are going to use them again for our interior work in another month or so."

"Dave contacted me quickly when I asked for an estimate, was out within the next day and gave a thorough and honest recommendation on my project. He kept me up-to-date during the repair process and his team did a great job fixing my siding issue as quickly as possible."

"A delayed review, but still impressed with the completed project by Mount Olive. Norberto along with team led by Ali did an awesome job and completed my project just as I envisioned it. A year later, the new front porch, steps, and siding on 3 sides of house look as good as the day they finished. A year later still very satisfied with the quality of the work."

"Nikita and his team worked on replacing our rotten wood deck and upon removing the siding, our studs were all rotten, so they repaired our wall and siding as well. Their work was excellent, and they completed the repairs and deck rebuild in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again for future home remodeling projects!"

"Hiring R and J Builders was the very best decision I could have made. Ryan tore out our old fence and deck and even took all the old landscaping out. He rebuilt the fence, deck and added a pergola and new back porch in 8 days!! The work is BEAUTIFUL. His work ethic is unparalleled. The attention to detail is outstanding. I canâ t imagine ever choosing someone else. My neighbors watched in awe seeing him tackle this project by himself. Rain ir shine he worked relentlessly. You will not be disappointed."

"I was very happy that I have chosen Near Me Roofing Company for my roof restoration job. The job was done as per quoted with no spills and thrills and now I don't have to worry about a leaking roof. The price was reasonable for the quality of the repairs and fixes completed. Thank you Elijah and the team for the great roof restoration work."

"Jeramie was a pleasure to work with: courteous, professional, friendly, respectful of my home and possessions, knowledgeable about all aspects of home repair and construction, and cleaned up well after his jobs. He listened to what I needed and engaged in intelligent discussion of options -- no hard sells or evasiveness about price. I found him straight forward, clear, honest. He also de-mossed my roof and did a super job. I think he will become my "go-to" person for help with home repairs."

"Roman was diligent in his work and did a great job. He made recommendations based on our questions, then replaced a portion of our decking and restored the railing. We have asked for estimates on other projects because we want to continue to work with him. We highly recommend Krutin, LLC."

"I hired these people to do a very simple repair on my deck for me. Nobody was very interested in doing it because it was a small job. But these guys got it done for me. I am possibly planning on hiring them for more extensive work in my yard now and hope to find that they do great work here too. Still waiting for them to get back with me with an estimate, however, and hoping to hear from them soon soon."
