I take time to walk my customers through the process and explain the different styles as well as a straight forward quote that makes sense. I always make sure the job is completed correctly even if it runs over the estimated time and use top notch anchors to make sure I produce a solid project every time.
"The job was accomplished & finished in August 2021. He was very respectful & enthusiastic to do our project as it was a custom design job. It was an intriguing job since it involved various metal angles & trying to adhere to code requirements. There was an initial railing done, but we were not happy with the fact that it wasn’t adhering to code standards. He created a new railing to replace the initial one. We are extremely pleased with the job he did. He’s young, professional & really worked with us and the initial design that we intended to have completed for our main floor renovation. He’s very flexible & great with any creative input you may express to him. When we will need future Iron work done we feel extremely confident that he will be the one to do our future projects. The crew arrived on time and got right to work and were done in a good time period. They had me come to inspect the finished product and made sure I knew how to work the locks. While they were working the gentleman who had set everything up for the job stopped by the house to check out the work. When they were done the area was cleaned up and everything put away.
