"We were extremely impressed throughout the entire process. We secured several bids for the work and NW was one of the lower, particularly when compared to the big box showrooms. Without the overhead of a showroom and retail facility they are able to be more flexible on materials. We checked some of their previous clients and heard good feedback, but the actual work truly exceeded our expectations. There were several places where the work was artistic, they cut curved pieces where they had not been previously, and laid some beautiful edges to define spaces. The stair work they did was as good as dedicated stair specialists. They never seemed rushed they always seemed focused on exceptional work. There are lots of details we may not have noticed if we had not had other hardwood installed previously. Edges are smooth, the flush mount vents are perfect, the spacing is outstanding. Every day they cleaned up, showed up on time and were very professional. We were extremely impressed."
