"The project went very smoothly with responsive communication throughout. Vasiliy's crew was very punctual, professional and very efficient. They were also very patient when walking me through the different stain options. We are very happy with the quality of the work, especially the patching that was needed in a couple of places. No shortcuts were taken and with the end result, you could not tell that the floor had to be patched because they matched the new wood with the old wood so well. Our floors are now beautiful. In fact, we had another crew come in to work on the walls a couple of days later and even they commented on how good a job the floor guys did. Highly recommend!"

"I had a great experience with Cristian and Travis from Five Star Hardwoods. They were the first to respond when I reached out to several companies for a bid. They made it out to my house in a timely manor and I received a reasonable quote shortly thereafter. They were accomodating and flexible when scheduling the timing of the refinishing. Travis was in charge of sanding and fixing the damaged areas. He was on time and had a great disposition. These guys are doing very hard work... particularly in our case they had to move some very large furniture... and they do it with a great attitude. Cristian is a really nice to work with and he understood exactly what I was looking for as far as the finish and sheen of the wood floors. He clearly takes pride in doing beautiful work. Everything they did exceeded my expectations. We have beautiful wood vent covers in each room now that are flush with the floors and perfectly matching quarter round. The house was cleaned nicely, and Cristian checked in with me after the work was completed to see if we needed some help reassembling a tricky bunk bed that my kids sleep in.
