"There were some language difficulties with some of the employees, as this is an Hispanic company. I had no issue with that, and could communicate easily with the owner, but I had difficulty understanding some of the employees, and believe they had difficulties understanding me. Consequently, they had to return twice - once, my fault, because I hadn't noticed an issue with a portion of a tree that needed to be removed, and the other time because I had asked one of the employees to cut off the broken part of a tree that fell in the wind, but that message didn't get communicated (or maybe wasn't understood). The owner was quite accommodating though, and returned as needed. And the best part of the experience was the price! I felt it was very reasonable, which was important to me as I'm on Social Security!"
