"The project was to replace the roof on the house and garage which totaled about 21 squares. Joe showed up on short notice to meet with the Insurance adjuster. The roof replacement was complete in 8 days of when this visit with the Insurance adjuster was complete. Heartland Construction Services completed The house and garage roof in one day which included tear down and re-roofing!! I did had a leak around my chimney which has been a trouble area on the house. I called Heartland on Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend and their Foreman came out that night for a temporary repair. The Foreman then returned on Wednesday to repair the leak prone chimney. This repair was extremely thorough and a construction work of art!! With great communication and workmanship I Highly recommend Heartland Construction Services!!"

"Our experience replacing our homes roof and gutters with Heartland Construction was excellent. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. "Josh W. now replaced two roofs for me. One in some commercial property and my home. I am a customer that CAN be hard to work with. I become an “issue” if the contractor does not do what I ask or if the contractor is unprepared for the job. Josh is one of the few contractors with whom I have worked with who is on-top of things. On my commercial building, Josh got a hotel room close by so that he could be there waiting for the deliveries and make sure the correct product gets delivered. He caught some issues and took care of them. He is proactive. I did not have to check on things. Since the roofing and gutters went so well on this project, I had him change my home’s roof too. I had several things that needed to be done. If these things were not taken care of, I would have become a difficult client: -Placement of some roof vents had to be changed -My weather station had to be removed and then reinstalled -A grounding system (for the weather station) had to be worked with/worked around -An antenna had to also be removed and reinstalled -Two different solar-powered attic vents (and their solar panels) had to be removed and reinstalled -Since I plan to put in solar panels in the future, I wanted special junction boxes (EZ Solar JB-1.2) to be installed (by roofers) so I don’t have to deal with conduit running on the roof and also to house the future circuit disconnect breakers. I also do not want solar panel installers messing with things a roofer can do better. -My radon mitigation system vents through the roof and required a new cap. -My leaf guards for the gutters could not be the same on every side of the house because some sides are more prone to ice damming. So some have to have larger holes, some can use a mesh. -My old roof was a 40-year shingle, but it was too old to be a class-4 shingle. I wanted Malarkey class-4 shingles. -My gutter downspouts needed to accommodate two water diverters for rain barrel filling. I could go on about things that needed to be done that made my project a bit different. It is not that I’m difficult, it is that I know what I need and these things are non-negotiable. I am upfront about them and if a contractor agrees to do everything, then they better do so. I don’t want to hear… “Oh I forgot, I could not find what you are talking about, this should ‘do’ instead, I will come back and do that later.” I’m writing this detailed review because Enviro Roofing took care of everything! No surprises, no drama. The few issues that came up were taken care of. I never had the feeling that I would have to start to settle for less, or just put up with some issues to get the workers away from my home. They also did the painting and got other things that were damaged (by the hail storm), covered by insurance. It seems that some estimates are written up way low because the insurance company does not expect the homeowner to actually get some of the damage repaired. I will be doing business with Enviro Roofing again! I recommend them!"
