He was very creative to be able to correct some of the faults and damage in the floor. He spent much more time solving these problems. Example: the furnace grates in the floor were poorly installed and the floor needed to be reinforced and he figured out how to do that and he installed beautiful oak covers that complemented the floor. Candace was a pleasure working with during the contracting and execution of the project, and helped us select a color that we are very happy with. Gio replaced all of the home trim with Hardiboard. I was very pleased with Gio's confidence and ability to manage the trim replacement around our second story deck. His team removed gutters in order to replace the trim. Then, they painted the gutters and reinstalled them. I was also pleased with Gio's experience using the Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint.
