"My bathroom remodeling project was SAVED by GI Construction. I originally chose another construction company. The appraiser was professional and nice, also Cheaper than GI Construction. Unfortunately the old saying you pay for what you get decided to teach me another lesson. Partially through the project I noticed their work did not meet the standards they promised. After trying to work with the manager multiple times, we just couldn't get on the same page without him trying to charge me way more than he promised. So I gave up and called GI Construction. Isaac from GI construction was truly professional. There was no animosity for starting with another company. He even went on to explain he deals with this situation way to often. Issac and Valentin took the time and energy to understand my desired outcome of the project. Their experience prevented me from making more mistakes purchasing materials that wouldn't fit the style of my bathroom. Due to Issac and Valentines help, the money I have invested in the bathroom is sure to help add value to my home. With the last company I could see it becoming a bathroom the next owner just wanted to rip out. I hope I can save some of you the trouble that I went through by sharing this review. GI Construction will be my first pick for all my future projects."

After getting many (too many) and way too high estimates to replace a old generic shower tub for a walk in shower Preferred Construction gave us the most fair price out of 8 bids! Lets just put it this way they save us thousands of dollars without sacrificing quality workmanship! I would like to give extra praise for RICARDO! He is a craftsman at many skills building our shower! Ricardo built our shower alone do to space constraints! He did it the estimate time given! "American Bath has been great from the beginning. From my initial contact on the phone to meeting Ryan (owner). Ryan’s involvement from start to finish on the project was very impressive. He is at the job site everyday, as well as in contact yhroughout the day. He does this on all od his jobs/projects everyday. He manages all materials and deliveries as well, to assure the crews are never sitting around waiting. They completed all work as contracted with great results. A new enlarged shower a new closet and a complete paint job throughout the house on Cabinets, walls, trim and ceiling. Also took on some, Tape, Bed & Texture in 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. We are wrapping it all up today with final touchups and a house cleaning!!!! That’s about the best Marketing idea I’ve heard of, and that is a huge load off off me at Project End!!! Ryan’s Crew consisted of Luis, Carlos and Darryl. These guys were great to work with and worked hard to get things all done and with good Quality. "
