"It did not go so well. We had a dead tree that we needed taken out. We had a lot of trouble getting him out to do the work. When they finally came out they stayed long enough to cut the trees and then left, and they were supposed to come back to do more work and they never did. It was strange because that was the second time we used them and the first time they were great. They were on time and did everything we asked the first time."
