"Let’s just say he was drinking doing the project and he called people to my home without my permission. I paid him a great amount and he even try to get more from me after we had discussed the pricing already multiple times.They even hit the pvc pipe in restroom that goes to furnace and cause a leak. He did a horrible job at floor leveling even after coming back the job was still not done correctly advise and he came and seen what need to be done the day before.He laugh we I told him that he made errors and did a horrible job as if it was a joke"

"I called American Brothers Plumbing to install a reverse osmosis under the sink. Everything seemed good. So, when my water heater needed to be replaced. I called them to install one I bought from Home Depot. The same plumber did both jobs. Our kitchen sink is in the corner (bad place). Because of the diamond cabinet in the corner. There is a large space between the cabinet and the wall. The interior of the cabinet was painted with water proofing paint. Because it help the sink. There was a leak between the cabinet wall and the house wall from the install of the reverse osmosis. Which was undetectable from inside the cabinet because of the paint. What made it worse. The only time we went in that cabinet was to change the water filters every 6 months. I noticed that the back wall of the cabinet was budging. I pushed on it and it was completely rotten. I removed the entire back wall of the cabinet and found the leak where the reverse osmosis connects to the valve. As of now, 3 cabinets need to be replaced because of water damage. I called them to let them know what I have found. They sent someone to take a look. He asked me if I had an invoice. I said no. Then the owner said, "I don't believe we did the job". There is only 2 things I want to tell the owner. 1. You should take responsibility for your workers. 2. Or you have someone going around doing work under your name and putting up stickers with your name, logo and phone number on it."

"I had hired Jack at least three prior times and he was always on time, very professional and did great work. Text him Monday and he said he would be by Wednesday between 9-10 but no showed and did not respond to texts. On Thursday he responded said he would be here in 30 minutes again no showed and when I text he no longer wanted to do the work and have no reasons."

"I regret I have to leave this negative review because I did check them out and they have what appears to be a stellar reputation. Since February 4, 2022 I have dealt with this company and paid every invoice. I was actually contacted for payment on an invoice for work not scheduled yet. They still owe me $1000.00 for work paid but not done. This company installed the valves for my two showers but never left the shower trim. I need my shower trim and on May 27th I spoke with an employee who came out to see that I paid for work that was not done and they reassured me I would have the shower trim for both bathrooms and I have been told they are waiting for a part. I realized then ABSOLUTELY I am not a priority at all with this company. It is insulting that they assume I am not informed enough to know that everything comes in one box even the valve. I was canceled on Friday I found out by calling them and now today I am canceled again. They have been deceitful with me and this is beyond frustrating. My husband passed away on January 24 and he could fix anything and also tell you how to do it. For almost 40 years I listened , watched, and even helped him with repairs. I feel taken advantage of and so disrespected. The box contains what you need. The owner’s wife could not even tell me what part was missing on Friday. I stated I would purchase the items they needed to get my showers done. I pointed out how much quicker I could get it but was told by them that MOEN sold inferior products on Amazon and they purchased better grade. I was charged a great deal of money by this company. They as I stated still owe me at least $1000.00 more. I feel like a fool I read reviews checked this company out felt confident and still don’t have what I paid for. Please just don’t give up your money to them until you have your plumbing issue complete. I guess they are all about the money not the work or their word. Debra Reichardt"
