"GREAT! Really appreciated this company! Another reviewer on Yelp recently spoke to the honesty of this company. I can vouch for the same. Felipe came out today (after we called yesterday, for an estimate), after we discovered them on Angi's list. He spent nearly an hour looking at our upper and lower roof, as we had discovered a water spot on our ground level ceiling. He was very thorough and looked in every place that he thought the roof might possibly admit water, but could not find places where the runoff (from chimney/walls of house) might admit a large enough amount of water that would cause the damage that we were seeing. Instead, he deduced that the evidence seems to be of a plumbing, not roofing issue. He thoroughly checked our roof exterior and told us that he felt the shingles/flashing/nails seemed in good shape for now, and though this type of roof should need replacement soon, he felt it would hold up another 2-3 years. He did not charge us for the estimate, did not try to sell us products we did not need, and could've easily found reason for us to spend money with a roofing company, as another has told us they thought the spotting was a "roof" problem, but I definitely feel confident that their professional opinion reflects honest dealings and when it IS time for us to replace the roof in a couple of years, we will definitely look to this company to work with!"

"Pete (the owner) and his roofing crew (Genaro, Alberto, Pedro) were great! Pete replied promptly to my initial inquiry and came out right away to look at the roof. Following that, it took somewhat longer than I had hoped to get an initial bid and to actually start the job, but his bid turned out to be lower than the others, and I could see that the delay was for the right reason -- Pete always prioritizes the roof he's already working on to make sure it's done well and as quickly as possible, so a house doesn't stay unprotected for longer than necessary. Once they finally finished earlier projects and started working on our roof, they were 100% on task from start to finish. They are a small company and ours was a complex, 4000+ square foot roof that required ordering special materials along the way, so it took about a month to complete the job with 3 guys working 40 hours per week. However, I really appreciated the way they always started promptly on time each day and worked closely with my wife and I throughout the entire process to make sure work was being done exactly as we (and the City's historic rules) needed it done. Pete and his crew were friendly and very accommodating of special requests related to the historic peculiarities of our house, skylights, neighbor's concerns about parking, etc. Many parts of the roof required creative, on-the-fly problem solving, due to the non-standard construction of our 1800's house. Genaro, especially, was great at innovative problem solving and did beautiful work, but everyone on the team was super dedicated, hard working, and skilled. We have already had one heavy downpour since the new roof went on, and not a single drop got through! I can confidently recommend Positive Results Roofing if you are looking for a small, personable company that is licensed and bonded and does quality roof replacements or repairs for a reasonable price."

"Needed to have our roof replaced. Lifetime Roofing is great! Gui from Lifetime stopped by the same day I called in for an estimate, and he was able to get us a very competitive price. Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful! Overall, a wonderful experience."

"Very responsive and always polite. Crews did a careful job removing the roof, keeping noise to a reasonable level, installing and cleaning up. The only down was an unplanned increase in the amount of replacement wood needed but perhaps that cannot be fully anticipated before seeing the state of the roof. Very good service, they handled everything."

"The reroofing project and the new rain gutters went very well and we are pleased with the owner Oscar Ruiz as he oversaw the project. He was professional and personable and his crew were top notch, arriving on time and cleaning up prior to leaving daily. "The project is not quite done. I am awaiting a gutter replacement which should happen over the next couple of days. The roof itself is done and looks beautiful. I was contacted by Journey Builders a day or two after I submitted a request on Angi.com. Yero came out and inspected my 25 year old roof, telling me it would be probably be October before they could schedule it (inspection was June 7th, 20224). When he called in to see when they could schedule it, they had a cancellation and knocked $5000 off the price if I was willing to start the next day. Exactly 7 days later almost to the hour the roof has been installed! Way sooner than I expected. Yero was totally pleasant and very low pressure as opposed to the estimator from another company who had visited my home the prior day and spent 3 hours trying to sell me a really expensive roof with car salesman tactics. I recommend Journey Builders highly."
