"CHRIS WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAD ANSWERS TO ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. HE RESPONDED TO OUR FOLLOW-UP E-MAILS, AND THE REASON WE CHOSE OMEGA WAS HIS PROFESSIONALISM. OMEGA WAS NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT PRICING WAS FAIR. WE FELT CONFIDENT HIS COMPANY WOULD DO THE BEST JOB. HIS JOB SUPERVISOR, EFREN WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND VERY ACCOMMODATING-------HE MADE SURE ALL THE DETAILS WERE FOLLOWED UP AND COMPLETED. OMEGA INSTALLED OVER 600 SQ FEET OF ARTIFICIAL TURF, WHICH TOOK 2 1/2 DAYS, RESULTED JUST AS WE IMAGINED. LOVE THE TURF.

"I needed my irrigation system updated before the hot weather sets in. I met with Stephen from Scott's Landscaping on Wednesday, May 21st, and discussed what I needed done. Stephen started work on Thursday, the 22nd. He did a phenomenal job, and left the job site very clean. I am very happy with all aspects of the irrigation overhaul. I would definitely recommend Scott's Landscaping and would hire them again in the future."

"John arrived exactly when he said he would be here.  He helped us finish covering the driveway pavers and then carefully dumped 15 cubic yards of gorilla hair mulch in our driveway.  He knew exactly how much room we needed for it and he was right.  The gorilla hair mulch was very good quality, much better than we had seen elsewhere.  We were very pleased to have found San Diego Mulch.

"He's worked for us for a number of years. He consistently cleans up and mows a steep slope we have in the back. He's also worked on a few hardscape projects. He's worked on the sprinkler system, put in a stucco retaining wall, installed a paver boundary for the grass. He also does landscape lighting! I honestly don't call anybody else for my landscaping work. He's an versatile problem solver, and overall, does excellent work."

"Ezra at Landmark construction energy crew is a perfect company in my book! I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. I will definitely be using Landmark construction energy crew to service my new tankless water heater when it needs it!"

"We are delighted with the work done by Modern Home Remodeling, to install a classy tiled shower, repaint the interior and replace carpets. Their project manager clearly listened to our needs and wants = to freshen rather than redesign, to keep the oak vanities and good-condition countertops, to correct small “problems” that we’d lived with for decades, and to focus on changes that we’ll enjoy in the ten years that we still plan to live in this home. The tiled shower transformed the shower experience, brought spaciousness to a small room, and was done by an accommodating and experienced crew. The project manager expedited the schedule, committing to a start date of February 20 but beginning the work a month earlier and finishing by February 28, 2023. He brought tile and carpet samples to the house, that both followed the earth tones in our home and created a light pattern-rich tiled shower. Our disruption and moving of personal items was minimized as the painting was done in four days and was followed three days later by a one-day carpet installation. Overall, this remodeling brought us upgrades that we already enjoy, a month of amicable and focused contractors, and efficient planning and execution by Modern Home Remodeling and its subcontractors. "The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"We felt we received a very fair price, particularly with the 25% discount that was available at the time we contacted Apollo. We visited Apollo's studio and were able to select from a wide variety of pavers and manufacturers.  We also appreciated the advice we received from the office staff there.  Apollo Owner Jose Cuellar and Jesus (the project manager) personally reviewed the daily work to assure it was done properly.  They also were very informative when we asked them for advice on certain issues, for instance, which sealer to use.  The work was done by very conscientious demolition and paver installation crews.  Demolition can be noisy and dusty, but the crew told us what to expect each day and carefully cleaned up the work site at the end of the day.  The paver installation crew was very professional and very attentive to detail - we ended up with a beautiful job.
