"Their service was fine.  I think they were comfortable.  I did not have any problems.  I just gave them regular instructions and let them go.  The house was clean when they were done.  I think I did not spend more that the $69 coupon.  I don’t think I have any issues with their service but it was not anything outstanding.   It is very unlikely that I will use their services again because I don't own a house anymore."

"This was the first time I have used a cleaning service. I may not have understood what was and wasn't included. I didn't ask for them to clean appliances, since they will be taken out. But Blinds? windows? insides of drawers? Faucets? I did expect these to be thoroughly cleaned. Some seemed sort of "surface" cleaned. In general, the place looks way better, though! Floors were nice and walls. Woodwork pretty good, too. Advise finding out what is and isn't covered."

One was great ("A" rating) and the other was adequate (hence the "B" ratings). We were happy with this service and have started using them for bi-weekly cleanings.
