"I recently had the pleasure of working with Regals Hardwood Floors for a hardwood flooring installation in my home, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, the team demonstrated a high level of expertise and dedication to craftsmanship. The installation process was incredibly efficient and clean, with the team taking great care to minimize disruption and leave the space spotless at the end of each day. The attention to detail was evident in the flawless finish of the floors, which have completely transformed the look and feel of my home. What stood out most, however, was the team's commitment to customer satisfaction. They patiently answered all my questions and ensured I was completely happy with the final outcome. It's clear they take pride in their work and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results. I highly recommend Regals Hardwood Floors to anyone looking to enhance their home with beautiful, high-quality hardwood floors. They are truly a top-notch provider with a well-deserved reputation for excellence."

"Went fairly smoothly and finished in 7 days.  This was 2 days longer than expected due to the difficulty in removing the tile. However they came on Saturday and Sunday to finish the job.  On the last day, the foreman complained about his workers not stepping up to help finish the job, but the job got done and the floor looks great.

"Went great. The company owner Joel is extremely easy to work with. And he promptly returns phone calls! Definitely a pet peeve with me in dealings with other contractors. His crew, Gabe and Joe were fantastic. I moved all of the little stuff and they took care of all of the large furniture. They were very careful and returned everything. Also worked very cleanly. No problems at all with communication they made sure to ask questions before proceeding if they weren't sure how I wanted something done. The last day was baseboard, they spent all day making sure it was right, looks so much better than the old stuff. Also, Gabe made a special trip for a tiny bit of corner round to finish off the bottom of one of the sliding windows just because it looked better. Loving the new floor and baseboards. The floor is the best installation job I've seen. I have just enough wood left to do the guest bathroom, they're coming back, yay! I also would like to have them redo the chair rail in the bedroom and dining room. The previous owners did a crummy job. I won't be needing new floors for several decades, but if I did, I would deal with Joel, Gabe and Joe again in a heartbeat. BTW: Gabe loves pizza. Joe will eat anything.

"Guys showed up on time, ready to go to work and did exactly what they were supposed to do.  I bought a home previously owned by a smoker, and we wanted to finish off the cleaning with a good cleaning of the ducts and replacement of the registers.  We had already removed the old registers, and they guys were more than willing to place the new registers on after they cleaned each room.  I would recommend them, and will use them again.

"Floors were very nicely finished, and the surrounding areas were well protected from dust and odor."

"Mohammad, is a master carpenter. He custom made most of the work in our condo. He designed a floating staircase. He made three Walnut and Alder vanities for us. In terms of design they are a sight to behold since they do not have any visible hardware. In addition he made a museum quality hand carved front door, which is the talk of the community. Finally, he also designed and installed a 32 feet by 14 feel wall with geometric wood work. I can not recommend him more highly. His kind of work and finish is unparalleled."

"the most important thing for me is time, i hate when someone tells you am coming at 8 and they show up at nine, with tile master he was always on time. beautiful tile installation, covered everything before tile demo started, wonderful personality am very happy."

"Very well from start to finish"

"I purchased a "deal" -4 hours of dry wall labor for $99. Having no idea how much dry wall can be fixed/replaced in 4 hours or what materials were needed, I requested that someone come out and let me know if what was needed (time and materials) to complete the job I had. The Just Do It office said no problem and I scheduled an appointment. The worker arrived on time but was not aware that he was only to provide an estimate. He was under the assumption that he was to do the work -- this was a subcontractor Just Do It uses in my area. It took about 20 minutes to clear up the miscommunication and the office explaining what is included in the "deal" and what isn't before the workman gave me  the estimates I asked for.
I scheduled another appointment to have the work done. In the meantime, I purchased the materials -- I didn't want someone who was skilled in fixing drywall to spend "labor time" going to and from Home Depot and then run out of time doing the actual work. The work was done well and mess was cleaned up.
So after a somewhat rocky start, I would use this company again. I would, however, suggest that the Just Do It scheduling office realize that some of us don't know the nuances of their business and work involved/allowed for jobs and to have a little more patience explaining why work requested is/is not a part of a deal.
