"For the 20 years we have been in our house, we used The Kitchen Master for our kitchen, our master bathroom, our hall bathroom and the best **** mud room you will ever see. Jennifer is an extraordinary designer and Ted is a perfectionist who will make sure his team delivers top notch work. For our first project, the kitchen, we ordered the cabinets through The Kitchen Master but had our own contractor install them. Big mistake! A few years later when Ted came to the house for the next project, he was so disappointed with how my contractor hung the kitchen cabinets that he fixed them for me. I’ve never used anyone else since. We haven’t had a major project in about 5 years but when I decided to sell my house, I needed a few things fixed to make everything look great. "I now know this company is 100% just openly committing fraud. they sales person will tell you they do everything right that they will strip everything down to the studs and put up all new water barrier then install their patent 100% water proof panel that will last a life time. in reality their contractors have confirmed the NEVER tear down the previous water barrier unless they see water damage. they threw the walls over 35yr old green board so the panels do not stick and are not level. On top of that their contractors confirmed these are just your normal every day acrylic panels you get at home depot for $800-1500. They initially quoted me $16,000 for the job but because it was black friday and other deals they lower it to $9000 but I had to decided on spot if they walked out of the house it jump up to $16000. $16000 to rip out your old panel and throw up a normal everyday acrylic panel. Seriously dont just walk away from this company RUN!!!!!!!!! dont given into their fraudulent and predatory sales tactics. I am looking into all legal options to avoid paying for this fraudulent rush scam they are trying to run. I will never ever do business with this company and you shouldn't either"
