"For the 20 years we have been in our house, we used The Kitchen Master for our kitchen, our master bathroom, our hall bathroom and the best **** mud room you will ever see. Jennifer is an extraordinary designer and Ted is a perfectionist who will make sure his team delivers top notch work. For our first project, the kitchen, we ordered the cabinets through The Kitchen Master but had our own contractor install them. Big mistake! A few years later when Ted came to the house for the next project, he was so disappointed with how my contractor hung the kitchen cabinets that he fixed them for me. "I now know this company is 100% just openly committing fraud. they sales person will tell you they do everything right that they will strip everything down to the studs and put up all new water barrier then install their patent 100% water proof panel that will last a life time. in reality their contractors have confirmed the NEVER tear down the previous water barrier unless they see water damage. they threw the walls over 35yr old green board so the panels do not stick and are not level. On top of that their contractors confirmed these are just your normal every day acrylic panels you get at home depot for $800-1500. They initially quoted me $16,000 for the job but because it was black friday and other deals they lower it to $9000 but I had to decided on spot if they walked out of the house it jump up to $16000. $16000 to rip out your old panel and throw up a normal everyday acrylic panel. Seriously dont just walk away from this company RUN!!!!!!!!! dont given into their fraudulent and predatory sales tactics. I am looking into all legal options to avoid paying for this fraudulent rush scam they are trying to run. I will never ever do business with this company and you shouldn't either"

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
