"The repair work was very professionally conducted. They answered my phone call the first time and gave me a quote and timeframe of when they could conduct the work (which was the next morning). Every word they told me over the phone was correct including time of arrival and time of completion. The work was conducted with very little to no mess left behind (impossible not to have mess with sheetrock). They even took the time to explain to my kids (4 & 3 years old) exactly what they were doing and even played the "quarter in your ear" game.
