"It went absolutely great for they had to remove the damage roof m, replace some damage plywood, they added some additional things that weren't there before which made a huge improvement. They pick up and removed all the trash and leftover materials. They did a complete walk around to be sure all trash etc were pickup. Very professional and would definitely use them again in the future if needed."

"The company and their process was great. My initial contact was Ms. Lisa. She was awesome!!! She informed me of how the process would work. She worked with me until I selected my shingles. I was then put in contact with Ms. Christy. Again another great employee. We ordered shingles and she set my installation date. On the day of installation, the installation team arrived on time. They were very professional. They completed 98% . Returning the following morning to complete the remaining work. They cleaned up very well, policing their brass (picking up nails). The fireman walked with me around the house and addressed any of my concerns. Great job Progressive!!!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
