"I am leaving this review regarding Medallion Security Door and Window Company. In addition, as a customer I rate them with 5 stars. Why? First of all Medallion installed my back security door about 20 years ago, and I still use it, it's a little rusty now but that's due to my neglect. Second, I visited Medallion's show room in late June 2022. Erlin R. showed me around and provided just what I needed in terms of assistance, information and professionalism. Peter, came out a week or so later and measured my front entrance and on July 13th. 2022 Caesar and crew came out and installed front security door. "We've been using Skymaids for almost 5 years now and have been very pleased with them. They text reminders the day before along with the estimated time of arrival (usually they are early). And whether it's 2 or 3 cleaners - they always do an excellent job. We get "6 hours" of cleaning (each person does 2 hours) every two weeks, but I haven't seen them leave until the place is clean (and it shows). If we have to reschedule, they are very accommodating and usually make a crew available within a few days. Of course, no one is perfect - but the only issues are usually when a new crew is assigned to us and we have to show them the few problem areas that can easily be overlooked (usually by the temp/rescheduled crew). On occasion, we've had to let the owner (Lauro) know directly, but he came by to make sure we are completely satisfied with the work and the problems never happen again. Even with the minor issues, we continue to be very happy with Skymaids."

"Everything went very well. A crew of 3 arrived at the scheduled time and got to work right away. They carefully wrapped furniture and loaded them into the truck. We packed many boxes ourselves and labeled them with destination (room name). This made it easier and saved some time. Wrapping and loading took about 1 HR. The unloading and unpacking took another hr. The crew even helped to disassemble, then reassemble some of the larger pieces of furniture (e.g., bedframes). All in all, a great experience- fast, friendly, careful (no damage!)"

"The two ladies arrived a few minutes late, but were very apologetic and got right to work. They were friendly and hard-working, cleaning and dusting not only what I expected, but even moving storage tubs from under beds in order to wash the floors. Per the Deal, I provided most of the cleaning sprays and wipes, and the one thing I will change next time is that I will provide different cleaning materials, as the ones I had the team use left a chemically smell. This provider did an excellent job, and I definitely will use them again."
