He was communicative and efficient and always on time. Something else I really appreciate is they didn’t leave trash behind. That might sound like something silly, but after doing enough construction projects and seeing the differences of how people work-this part matters too. When we requested an estimate with A-1, they came right on time (actually came earlier because they were already in the area) and listened patiently to everything we wanted to get done. They took care of the city permit for our deck and fence while we took care of the HOA permit, which made it very easy for us since we only had to manage one of the permits. Cesar and the team at A-1 was very responsive to my emails, texts, and calls which I really appreciated. When building the actual fencing and decking, the workers were really polite and meticulous.
