"Austin came out promptly and looked at the roof, communicated the repairs that were necessary and gave me a fair price. The office scheduled the day for the repair and the crew showed up on time, fixed the roof and cleaned up and left. I was very happy they were able to get the repair done quickly and they showed up when they were scheduled. They sent all the photos with the invoice so I could see the before and after. Good communication and good pricing. I was so happy I referred them to another friend of mine who also needed a repair. Definitely recommend. "

He has the best communication skills of any contractor I've ever worked with. I had special requests from my County and he was diligent in working with them. My mortgage and insurance company both required pictures at various times in order to release funds for payment and he was so patient. You may say, of course, he wanted to get paid; he had several jobs going at the same time and he always treated me as though I was his #1 customer. My roof is beautiful, it's stone coated metal and we love it. If you want his personal touch at a reasonable price, definitely give Leo a call, he is top notch with his work and you will be extremely satisfied as well."

"There customer service is excellent! Very responsive when you call with a question or problem. They also adjust the price as the work is being done, in my case both ways. I'll explain. I needed a roof repair after a tree fell on my home, they gave me a quote (same day!) and it was differently a fair one. The roof decking went well over the original amount quoted which to me was expected and price went up. Then they over estimated the amount of soffit needed so the subtracted that from the now new price. At the end of the day the cost went up approximately $35 for an extra 80 linear feet of roof decking! Extremely honest and fair! HIGHLY recommend Trust Roofing!"

"In 2013 I had my roof, soffit and gutters replaced by RidgeTop. That experience was very good, but that's what I expected from a quality contractor. In 2017, we had a windstorm and a section of fascia come loose. I reached out to the local rep and he had it replaced as a warranty repair. In April 2020, more wind and another section of fascia needed attention. I went to contact Ridge Top and found that they had closed their local office (St. Louis). Frankly, at this point I expected to be on my own. I went ahead and reached out to their main office in Madison, WI with my situation and a photo of the problem. I have to say the service I've received was spectacular. I got a prompt email reply and was told I would hear from their Service Department. The next day, Beau Crawley reached out and confirmed they would get the problem corrected. In spite of the fact that they no longer have personnel in my region, they made arrangements with one of the established, local roofing companies to replace the fascia. They came by, confirmed the color and replaced the section necessary so it looked consistent. Ridge Top earned this review by standing behind their product and installation. Every business is going to have problems. The way they responded to mine really set them apart and has been greatly appreciated."
