"There customer service is excellent! Very responsive when you call with a question or problem. They also adjust the price as the work is being done, in my case both ways. I'll explain. I needed a roof repair after a tree fell on my home, they gave me a quote (same day!) and it was differently a fair one. The roof decking went well over the original amount quoted which to me was expected and price went up. Then they over estimated the amount of soffit needed so the subtracted that from the now new price. At the end of the day the cost went up approximately $35 for an extra 80 linear feet of roof decking! Extremely honest and fair! HIGHLY recommend Trust Roofing!"

"We were experiencing a roof leak in a 100-year-old bungalow in Tampa, FL. The roof had been replaced ~10 years old with a metal roof. I was able to isolate the leak at a vent stack but was unable to fix the leak. We contacted Classic Roofing and Construction based on a friend's recommendation late on a Friday afternoon. This was after trying unsuccessfully to get any other roofing company (we contacted 4) to even take a look. Fortunately, Classic was able to come out on a Saturday and within an hour, had identified the cause and made the necessary repairs (including replacing the vent stack boot)! We were thrilled at the responsiveness, the very reasonable $250 price (especially with short notice and weekend repair), and will hire them again in the future. "In 2013 I had my roof, soffit and gutters replaced by RidgeTop. That experience was very good, but that's what I expected from a quality contractor. In 2017, we had a windstorm and a section of fascia come loose. I reached out to the local rep and he had it replaced as a warranty repair. In April 2020, more wind and another section of fascia needed attention. I went to contact Ridge Top and found that they had closed their local office (St. Louis). Frankly, at this point I expected to be on my own. I went ahead and reached out to their main office in Madison, WI with my situation and a photo of the problem. I have to say the service I've received was spectacular. I got a prompt email reply and was told I would hear from their Service Department. The next day, Beau Crawley reached out and confirmed they would get the problem corrected. In spite of the fact that they no longer have personnel in my region, they made arrangements with one of the established, local roofing companies to replace the fascia. They came by, confirmed the color and replaced the section necessary so it looked consistent. Ridge Top earned this review by standing behind their product and installation. Every business is going to have problems. The way they responded to mine really set them apart and has been greatly appreciated."
