They repaired and replaced rotten siding and windowsills. They pressure cleaned and painted the exterior of the house. They installed French doors. They removed some drywall and replaced it after putting a new boot on the roof to prevent further pater intrusion. In short - lots of stuff. They were very prompt and responsive. I would use them again, and intend to when we move into our new house."

There was an Angie's List deal for an inspection which I purchased, and braced for the bad news. Contacted promptly the same Sunday, and an appointment scheduled at my earliest convenience. The service provider did an un rushed, thorough job. Found that, indeed, the unit had not been recently maintained, but that he only found the need for the heat exchange coils to be cleaned, a pound of coolant, and a switch replaced. Assessed that, despite its age, the unit was otherwise holding up well and likely to perform well another year or two. A pleasant surprise as I was bracing to be quoted replacement costs. The unit is now running great, and I have time to properly plan and shop for a replacement HVAC or geothermal system. No issues. A good honest job and repairs. Price seemed commensurate with the service provided.

"Jeffery did a great job on my deck and pergola repair and replacing the front steps to my home. We arranged for him to come out and evaluate the deck and repairs required. We agreed on a price and an estimated work date. Once into the job, he discovered some additional repairs were needed in a pergola that is structurally incorporated into the deck. Some of the structure had rotted in a hidden area. After showing me the newly discovered damage, Jeffery came up with a plan of action and reevaluated what would be needed. We agreed on a price based on the new Information and he got back to work. He was able to complete the job with great results. I was very pleased with his service and communication throughout. He was always on time. He and his crew were professional and unobtrusive throughout completion of the project. They also made a point to clean up daily after they wrapped up. "It went extremely well. The technician from Illinois Garage Repair was very professional and did an excellent job in replacing the garage door opener. He even went "beyond the call of duty" by programming all of my remote controls."

"They did a fair job. I completely forgot to leave a review right after they completed the job. But I guess better late than never. There were several spots that they didn't screw in the boards on the porch. The price more than doubled from the initial quote. I would've been happy to pay the final price had they not missed things. I even reached back out to them about the garage door they forgot to fix and he couldn't get anyone back out apparently. This was after I paid him the full amount owed. It was also kind of irritating that they used and dirtied up my swiffer and ladders to clean up their mess from removing the popcorn ceiling. I figured they would've had their own cleaning supplies for that or at least cleaned off my supplies when finished. I honestly am giving him as high of rating as I am because he did provide most of what I asked."
