We felt at ease with the professionalism, the communication and the quality of the job so much that we expanded the scope of the work, having our lower original Trex deck rebuilt also, ensuring both decks matched in appearance. Andre is meticulous in his work, always ensuring lines were straight, boards and railings were level and never compromising on the quality of the finished product. If there was a concern, he discussed it with us first. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of this project, which looks as if it came from the pages of a Trex brochure. The day to day crew had some rotating members but all were competent and respectful. The Job was completed faster than promised and we were more than pleased with the finished product. One minor issue was noticed after job completion and payment, Notified them and it was fixed within 2 days. We would highly recommend"

"These guys are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen. Showed up every day at 7am and stayed until 7-8pm every night! I cant say enough about their work ethic. I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. Very personable, great guy and listened to what I actually wanted and didnt just yes me to death. He knew exactly what I was expecting from the start and his guys blew away my expectations. We had been saving up for years for a new deck and Wlad and his crew were able to deliver. He offered different products and didnt try to push me towards the more expensive options and let me choose what I wanted. (we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered.
