"Tom is just fantastic. He is so honest and a great professional. He did amazing job replacing our deck and make many helpful suggestions that also saced us money. When I asked for any additional work he always said no problem. He made sure everything is inspected and is according to code. His price is very reasonable and he did so much extra without even charging. He setup my new grill without me even asking. I was so impressed with Tom that I already hired him to do our front porch I can't say enough good things about him. I've done a lot of renovations over the years and Tom is absolutely one of the most qualified honest and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of hiring to do renovation work. Thank you"

"Working with Andre and his team was great. We hired them to: (1) rebuild our front farmer's porch, replacing wood decking, rails and posts with Trex (2) rebuild our rear upper wooden deck and railings with Trex. We felt at ease with the professionalism, the communication and the quality of the job so much that we expanded the scope of the work, having our lower original Trex deck rebuilt also, ensuring both decks matched in appearance. Andre is meticulous in his work, always ensuring lines were straight, boards and railings were level and never compromising on the quality of the finished product. If there was a concern, he discussed it with us first. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of this project, which looks as if it came from the pages of a Trex brochure. We highly recommend Andre and his team and they will be the first contractors we contact for additional renovation projects."

"Osmin and his team did a great job replacing our triple-decker back porch. He worked with an architect, that he found, to make sure there were no variances required. This made the permitting process quicker. It was a tricky job because building codes have changed since the porch was first built."

"I was so pleased with how this project came out. Evolution Painting was extremely easy to work with, from the first contact with Ariela, the COO. The estimate was very detailed, with all the work clearly spelled out. The job included power washing, scraping and painting the house, with repairs to some shingles and dry rot, and similar work on the shed. The crews that came out to do the various parts of the job were all really nice, very neat and incredibly quiet. Besides being very professional, it seemed that they also realized that a lot of people are working from home these days, and kept disruptions to an absolute minimum. (Some noise, of course, is inevitable, but I didnâ t know anyone could be so quiet with an aluminum ladder!) There was so much rot on the shed, they essentially rebuilt it, and it looks fantastic. The painting â house and shed - was excellent. They took great care to cover the windows and anything else that shouldnâ t be hit by the paint. The cleanup every day was very thorough, including getting the sawdust out of the grass. And the final touchup work was meticulous. I got three estimates for this work. The cost of the painting was similar in all three proposals. Evolution Painting had the best estimate for dealing with the wood rot, and the clearest proposal for the shed. The cost of the shed work was a fraction of the cost of replacing the shed with a new one. I highly recommend Evolution Painting!"

"We hired Mitch Dutcher to replace our deck. He was incredibly responsive, was a proactive problem solver, and very thorough. We could not be more pleased and will hire him again for our next project."

"12 X 12 screened in porch with a 12 X 8 Deck off the end of the porch. Mike the owner, Devyn the Salesman, and Inmar the Job Forman were professional and responsive in all matters. The day to day crew had some rotating members but all were competent and respectful. The Job was completed faster than promised and we were more than pleased with the finished product. One minor issue was noticed after job completion and payment, Notified them and it was fixed within 2 days. We would highly recommend"

"Tim was great. He helped repair our dilapidated porch. Now that the work is done the porch looks brand new again. Throughout the process we were provided with updates and transparent communication about how it was going. Would absolutely hire again"

"I hired JKN to rescreen my porch. I have an old colonial, and there were areas that needed additional work, which they performed flawlessly. I also needed the porch ceiling replaced. They recommended products for that project. Their expertise in their work. the demolition, their work and care to replace the screening and the ceiling was done in the time frame they promised. If any additional materials were needed, I was advised. The old screening and ceiling lumber were taken away for disposal, and the porch was swept and cleaned when they completed the work. Nice guys, too. That is also important to me. And they showed up when they said they would, or contacted me if there was a change in schedule. I am having them come back to do additional work. The price was reasonable. They were trustworthy and upfront about all phases of the work. I am over the moon with the end product and the quality of their work. I highly recommend JKN."

"We are so thankful that we found Jack from Strong Builders LLC. He removed our old deck and replaced it with a new composite deck. His communication throughout the whole process was great. He completed the deck faster than we had expected and he was thorough and professional. We absolutely love our new deck. I have already recommended Jack to several friends and family members."

"They did an excellent job on the gutter cleaning project. Very communicative."
