He called as he was heading our way, and his call came within 2 hours of our placing a call to the company and talking to the owner about our problem. "They did a good job. It took longer than they said it would take. They said it would take about a week. It took about twelve or thirteen days. I was happy with the work even though they left a mess. I kept picking up nails forever. They had a team and they worked very hard. They also messed up the electrical system outside. It was just a matter of resetting it. They flipped the breakers so that none of the outside worked which was no big thing. It was a oversight. Another thing that annoyed me was they took down my flag pole receptacle and threw it away. I had to buy a new one. Those three things were a nuisance but with the overall job, I am quiet happy. The siding is good. It's fiber cement siding. It's very sturdy. I think it has thirty years warranty. So they did very good. I basically like the job they did. I just don't like the clean up and the guys were not courteous enough to keep my flag pole holder. They also dismantled the electrical outlets around the house and replaced two light fixtures. But they didn't turn the electricity off. There knowledge of electricity is very lacking. Luckily no one was electrocuted. They need more training and I did speak with their agent. We had wood rot that also needed to be replaced. They also put in two windows. Overall I'm happy with what they did."

I needed new lights anyway, <br /> so for the $59 deal I bought, I got my money?s worth with two LED floodlights. <br /> The technician was very knowledgeable and answered my questions (I?m sure most <br /> folks have a lot to learn about LEDs, so they get this a lot). Very nice guy, <br /> and he spent a good few hours with us on a Saturday. He educated us about the <br /> benefits (obviously the low energy and very long lifespan of LEDs is a plus, <br /> but the color options and uses for focused or diffuse light were very cool). I <br /> made his trip worthwhile, since we ended up buy an additional $200 or so in <br /> other lights (he cut us a slight deal on some small candelabra lights). My only <br /> caution, LED lights are expensive, and his options seemed particularly so. You can <br /> get much cheaper LED bulbs at Home Depot, etc, but he told us that those lights <br /> may not be as reliable for quality (there is some rating system, that I admit I <br /> didn?t understand). Also, he?s got quite a few options, so it was nice to try <br /> them out in my house and see how they looked.
