"Great experience getting windows installed by American Home Renewal. First contact was 6 months ago. I slept on it for a few months and got some other quotes. Chris was friendly as a sales man, Gave me a competitive price and some pointers on fiberglass vs vinyl. I went with Vinyl. Alex was the installer and was very detailed in explaining the install process. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me tips on how to do a proper install. We did a mix of new construction and retrofit. we added window casings and he was very thorough and asked multiple questions on how I wanted the casings to look. only hiccup was one of the windows was ordered wrong. we couldn't determine where the mixup occurred but they immediately took full ownership and reordered me a new window to the specs I wanted. I would highly recommend."

"We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled to make it safer after a slip and fall injury occurred while stepping out of our large tub/shower combo. We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We enjoyed our visit to the show room, and we were also very pleased with the quality of the products they use. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. America’s Dream Homeworks very much exceeded our expectations in every way!"

"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. They take pride in their work, which is a rare thing today. We really appreciate the wonderful customer service and personal touches through phone calls, texting and emails. They are quick to respond, professional and friendly. All the residents were very impressed with the work they did. Because of the fair prices, easy to work with, and always doing a fantastic job we would not hesitate to use them again. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
