"Very responsive to both email & phone. During initial walk-through explained how they would make the repairs thoroughly. Even suggested that perhaps the floors were in good enough shape not to refinish them (and do just the repairs). We did however go ahead with refinishing the floors (approx 850 sq feet)  in addition to the repairs. The floors look great. 

Work started on time, ended on time. 

Brad returned to look at one issue we had with 1 small repair and it was remedied (even after he had received our final payment). 

Will definitely call back for flooring or other general contracting needs in the future. "
