"WORK WAS PERFORMED AS CONTRACTED IN A PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN MANNER. I ORIGINALLY CONTACTED THIS VENDOR TO ONLY CLEAN AIR DUCTS. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED WITH THE POST SERVICE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM HE INCLUDED. THE TECH WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. I NOW HAVE 1 COMPANY TO MAINTAIN MY ENTIRE A/C SYSTEM FROM UNIT TO DUCTS, RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY."

"would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."

"I wish I could give them 10 stars! I have had so many problems with previous so called pros . This company has great customer service . They were extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable . They made sure my dryer ducts were completely cleaned out . They had a camera to diagnose my problem. They followed up to make sure the dryer was operating. I had not been able to use my dryer for 2 years! Had 2 previous companies that did not do a thorough job and I wasted my money. I am on their maintenance list for next year, I am so happy . Thank you !!"

"In 3 attempts they were incapable of installing a working thermostat. This should not be difficult. They then tried to make me pay $500 for 2 surge protectors that we had to prove to them we had already paid for. They had charged for, but apparently never installed them. I found it very difficult objectively to have any trust in them."
